The lore within D2MC in some regards does follow D2 exactly, but in many others the story may be altered or completely different. This page details much of the server history and lore. Information that has been forgotten or undocumented may be missing in places.
The main lore below has been split into "Seasons" to make the following of the main lore on the server much easier. Although there are a few exceptions such as Firebase Delphi that are considered ‘Fan-Lore’.

- If you are unsure of what to do or how to create a page, search for a few articles on the same topic and see what they look like. You can always view the source code in a wiki and learn from what others have done.
- An edit doesn't have to be massive; if you feel you don't want to create whole articles, then just fixing spelling errors and broken links is enough.
